Step Universe International (currently operated in Indonesia and in the Philippines) is a Center for Wholistic Fitness and Self Re-vitalization. The program consists of 12 (twelve) class sessions, effective 1 (one) hour per session.
Come and learn / practice at your own convenience (morning - afternoon - evening - night classes are available) within a 30 (thirty) days stretch.
A notably sophisticated mind-body-soul wholistic energy works made simple and most practical. A combined progressive meditation, a natural but formatted breathing method, and a uniquely choreographed steps and movements.
The course / program-package is designed for you to easily obtain, gain and take away to benefit you at your own space, time, needs and convenience. Emphasizing in Metropolitan professionals, business and industrial executives, and generally anyone at any age-group who roams and challenges the competition, complexity, sophistication, pace and diversity of the Cosmo-city life. Nevertheless, Step Universe is also very much suitable and effective for the elderly and for the young (16 years and above).

Step Universe was designed, composed, and created by an Indonesian with 24 (twenty four) years of industrial and international business experiences, and 14 (fourteen) dedicated years of exploration, research, development of inner studies and energy works.
